11T Cog Refill: The “11T cog refill” is a replacement for the smallest cog (the 11-tooth) on the 7-speed cassette. For riders who cover a lot of distance or tend to push hard in higher gears, this smallest cog tends to wear out faster. It’s especially common among heavier riders or those who often stay in the 11T gear for speed. That’s why we recommend keeping a spare 11T cog on hand, especially if you ride frequently or intensively — it helps extend the life of your drivetrain and keeps your setup running smoothly. Note : This modification is more difficult than the rather easy "plug and play". (please expect some more time and patience to finetune the result).
