Welcome to the MiniMODs website (the "Site"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Danche Gang Co., Ltd. (trading as "MiniMODs", "the Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the Site and related services. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Scope of Service

The Site showcases, sells, and provides related information about Brompton folding-bike modification/upgrade parts, including product browsing, member registration, online ordering, online customer support, and dealer-specific services.

2. Member Accounts

• You may register with an email address, or sign in via Google, to create a member account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity conducted under it. Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been used without authorization.
• "Dealer" member status is granted at the Company's discretion based on our internal review criteria, and may carry a spending-tier-based discount. The Company reserves the right to adjust dealer eligibility criteria and discount tiers at any time.

3. Products and Pricing

• Prices on the Site are denominated in US Dollars (USD); any TWD or CNY figures shown are for reference only, and the actual charge is calculated in USD.
• The Site may display a region-adjusted markup price based on a visitor's detected country/region, as part of our regional pricing strategy. Dealer members will see the standard price (subject to their applicable member discount tier) starting at the cart and checkout stage, unaffected by the regional markup.
• We reserve the right to adjust product prices, specifications, and availability at any time without individual notice. Orders for which payment has already been completed are not affected by subsequent price changes.
• Product images are for reference only; actual products may vary slightly due to production batch, color, or manufacturing process.

4. Ordering and Payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; the order is only effective once confirmed by the Company and payment has been successfully completed.
• Payments are processed via PayPal and are additionally governed by PayPal's own terms of use.
• If you experience a failed payment, duplicate charge, or other payment dispute, please contact us via the contact form or email so we can assist.

5. Shipping and Returns

We will arrange shipment to the address provided in your order as promptly as possible; actual delivery times may vary due to international transit, customs, weather, or other factors. If a product is defective or a shipping error occurs, please contact us via the contact form or support email within a reasonable time after receipt, and we will assist with returns/exchanges on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, images, trademarks, logos, layout, and code — is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without the Company's prior written consent.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe on the rights of others, to distribute malicious code, to disrupt the Site's normal operation, or to scrape Site data at scale via automated means.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is," and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. In any event, the Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to the Company for the relevant transaction.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the district court having jurisdiction over the Company's registered address as the court of first instance, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your own jurisdiction, where applicable.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after such changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
