2. Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email address, and password (stored as a salted hash — we cannot read your original password). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture URL via Google OAuth.
• Order and shipping information: recipient name, phone number, email, country/region, shipping address, order notes, and the products you purchase.
• Payment information: payments are processed by PayPal. We do not collect or store your card details — this information is handled directly by PayPal under its own privacy policy.
• Contact form data: name, email, and message content submitted via the footer contact form or FAQ feedback box.
• Technical information: when you visit the Site, Cloudflare (our hosting/CDN provider) automatically detects the country/region associated with your connection (derived from your IP address) so we can display region-appropriate pricing. We do not use this for any other purpose or permanently associate it with your account identity.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Creating and managing your member account, and authenticating logins.
• Processing your orders, fulfillment, after-sales support, and customer service.
• Displaying pricing appropriate to your detected region (for display purposes only — not used for any other tracking).
• Responding to inquiries submitted via the contact form or FAQ feedback.
• Providing dealer-tier wholesale/discount pricing to qualifying dealer members.
• Complying with legal obligations such as invoicing and tax reporting.

4. Cookies and Analytics

The Site currently does not use any third-party web analytics tool (such as Google Analytics). We may introduce Google Analytics or a similar tool in the future to understand site usage and improve the user experience; if we do, we will update this Policy and implement an appropriate cookie-consent mechanism as required by applicable law. The Site does use essential browser cookies/localStorage (e.g. to keep you signed in and to remember your shopping cart) — these are technically necessary for the Site to function and are not used for advertising tracking.

We retain your personal information for as long as you use our services, and for any additional period required by law (e.g. accounting records must be retained for a statutory period). If you request account deletion, we will delete or de-identify personal data that is no longer required to be retained.

8. Service Regions and Cross-Border Transfers

The Site serves customers primarily in Taiwan, the United States, the United Kingdom, and mainland China, among other regions. Your data may be transferred across borders as a result of using third-party services (PayPal, Google, Cloudflare), whose servers may be located outside Taiwan. We require these providers to protect your data in line with their own professional security standards.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including salted-hash password storage and encrypted transmission (HTTPS). No method of transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we continuously review and strengthen our safeguards.
